1. Who we are

Nexva One is provided by NEXVA GmbH, Austria (FN 677508 k, Commercial Court Vienna (Handelsgericht Wien)), “we” or “us”. These terms apply when you use the Nexva One connector in an AI assistant, the shopping cards it shows, or this website. By using Nexva One you agree to them.

2. What Nexva One does

Nexva One is a directory. It lets your AI assistant search and compare products offered by independent stores, keep a cart, and open the checkout of the store you choose. We do not sell, ship or take payment for any product listed through Nexva One.

3. Buying from a store

  • Your purchase contract is with the store that sells the item, not with us. The store’s own terms, prices, delivery, returns and privacy policy apply.
  • You pay on the store’s checkout. Nothing is charged until you complete payment there.
  • Cancellations, refunds, returns, warranty and delivery questions go to the store. We can help you find the store’s order page, but we cannot cancel or refund an order.
  • Prices, stock and product details come from the stores. We show them as received and refresh them regularly, but the store’s checkout is authoritative.
  • A listing does not mean a store is affiliated with, authorised by or endorses Nexva One. Trademarks belong to their owners.

4. AI assistants

Nexva One works inside AI assistants provided by other companies. Those companies decide how their assistants interpret your requests and present our results, and their terms apply to your use of them. Check the product, options, quantity and price on the store’s checkout before you pay.

5. Your account

You can use Nexva One without an account. If you create one, you must be at least 16, give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. Never type a password or card number into the chat itself. You can stop using Nexva One or ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Nexva One. In particular, do not:

  • use it to break the law or to buy products you are not allowed to buy where you live;
  • interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or overload it;
  • scrape or resell the catalog, or use automated access beyond normal assistant use;
  • impersonate others or create accounts with false information.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

7. Fees

We do not charge shoppers for using Nexva One. If that ever changes, we will tell you before any fee applies.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Nexva One available and accurate, but it may sometimes be interrupted, and stores may join or leave. We may change or discontinue features; where a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice on this website.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law provides otherwise. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the damage typically foreseeable. We are not responsible for products, delivery or payment handled by stores, or for how a third-party AI assistant presents results. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there. For businesses, the courts of Vienna have jurisdiction.
